Heather Finney
Board Vice Chair
I am extremely excited to be a part of Alliance for Integrated Awareness and our efforts to advance equity in mental health care. I have personally experienced the efficient and effective benefits of AAIT™ and am looking forward to helping bring the healing results of AAIT™ to as many people as possible.
I spent a significant portion of my career (over 20 years) with Regal Cinemas in Operations and Training/Learning and Development under the Human Resources Department after graduating from Freed-Hardeman University in 1998 with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies in Behavioral Science. I was the Director of Administration for the nonprofit, Tennessee Valley Unitarian Church, and most recently an Operations and HR Consultant for JD’s Babbitt Bearings, LLC. In addition to my passion utilizing my operations experience and perspective to help organizations create sustainable success, I also own a real estate business which consists of both residential and commercial property in Knoxville.
